The world’s smallest quad-band module in LCC package helps save space in M2M applications
MSC now offers the M95 quad-band GSM/GPRS module from Quectel. The M95 is provided in an easier soldering process SMD LCC package that has dimensions of only 19.9 mm x 23.6 mm x 2.65 mm. The M95 is currently the world’s smallest quad-band GSM/GPRS module. Despite its compact form factor, the M95 features outstanding performance data such as: GPRS multislot class 12 for uplink transfer up to 85.6 kbps and an extremely low current consumption of only 0.9 mA in sleep mode when DRX is 5 as well as numerous additional functions such as embedded class AB amplifier.
