Setup
nonstop from November 7, 2012 at 8:00 a.m.
till November 12, 2012 at 6:00 p.m.

All delivery and stand-construction vehicles must be removed from the hall and from the outdoor area by 4:00 p.m. on the last day of set-up. Vehicles which are still in the halls or at the outdoor area after these times will be removed by MMG at the risk and expense of the exhibitor concerned.

Setting-up must be finished by 6:00 p.m. An extension is possible only in exceptional cases with the written permission of MMG's Technical Exhibition Services Division.

Dismantling
Exhibitors may not begin dismantling their stands while the fair is still running.
Dismantling must be completed by November 20, 2012 at 6:00 p.m.

The Technical Exhibition Services Team will be available in the atrium in front of Hall B2 at the exhibitor service office during set-up and dismantling periods as well as during the trade fair.
