| Are any stands available with less than 20 m²? |

The minimum stand size at electronica 2012 is 20 m². Due to the layout of the
hall, smaller stands are not possible. There is one exception, i.e.
so-called combination packages in certain exhibition sectors (Automotive,
Wireless, World of MEMS, Embedded, Software Village). The stands are 9 and 12
m² in size. These packages are only available in the areas mentioned above, and
they can only be booked by companies whose primary area of activity corresponds
to the product category in question. |

| Are assistance opportunities available for small companies? |

Planning
and organizing an exhibit is generally a complicated, time-consuming process. As
an organizer of trade fairs and exhibitions, Messe München International looks
back on many years of experience and has a number of sensible and affordable combination
packages available
for exhibitors in specific exhibition sectors. They help small companies to optimize
their presentations, and six different models are available. However, please
remember that these combination packages are available exclusively to companies
that sell products in the exhibition sector in question. |

another exhibitor, the cancellation fee is 25% of the participation fee. If the

| How many exhibitor passes will we receive? |
Top |
 |
For a stand with 20 m²
of space, exhibitors receive 3 free exhibitor passes for the duration of the
trade fair. For each additional 20 m² of space or portion thereof, they receive
one additional free exhibitor pass. Exhibitors that book a combination package in
one of the focus areas (Automotive, Wireless, World of MEMS, Embedded, Software
Village) are issued two free passes per stand. Please keep in mind that exhibitor passes are
only intended for stand personnel and may not be passed on to third parties. As
opposed to visitor or guest tickets, holders of exhibitor passes may leave and
re-enter the grounds of the trade-fair center to take care of important business,
for example. Exhibitor passes are valid on all four days of the fair. No passes
are necessary to enter the grounds of the trade-fair center during the setup
period. Please keep in mind that exhibitor passes do NOT entitle the holder to
use public transportation in Munich free of charge. |

| What is a co-exhibitor and what is an additionally represented company? |

What
is the difference between a co-exhibitor and an additionally represented

co-exhibitor has its own staff and own products on display at the stand of a
main exhibitor. That includes group companies and subsidiaries.
- An
additionally represented company has products and/or services for sale at the
stand of a main exhibitor, but the company is not represented by its own
employees at the stand. Please keep in mind that distributorships that exhibit
the products of various manufacturers must register those manufacturers as
additionally represented companies.

represented companies. You may do so using this form |
